Formed in June 2020, Montreal-based indie band “Honeywaves” started out with a couple of jazz students trying to form a
shoegaze or a post-punk band. Led by Chilean frontman Ronny Aguilera, the result is a clash of catchy indie-rock songs reminiscent of 80s and 90s iconic bands, with the harmony and drive to progress often found in jazz.
